How to Reset the Waste Ink Pad Counter

How does it works?
  1. Connect the printer to Windows PC via US cable or WIFI/Network.
  2. Internet connection is required.
  3. Open the Resetter app.
  4. Click ‘Read Counter’.
  5. If the counter is already on its limit, click ‘Reset Counter’.
  6. Enter a valid reset key.
  7. Wait until the printer waste ink pad counter has been successfully reset.
  8. Turn the printer OFF and ON.
  9. Check the counter again by clicking ‘Read Counter’. It should be zero now.
